Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nodaway County Events
I have an amazing opportunity for you to give back to your community, while having a fun night out that is FREE!
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nodaway County is holding it's first fundraiser, Bowl for Kids' Sake.
The money raised will be used to match children from one-parent households with caring, adult mentors.
Children in our program are proven to have more self esteem, receive better grades and get along better with their families.
Bowlers will receive free bowling, pizza, beer and soda and will have the opportunity to win some great prizes,
including NASCAR Nextel Cup Tickets at the Kansas Speedway and an RCA Home Theater Digital Surround Sound System.
Bowl for Kids' Sake will take place September 21 and 22. To participate you form a team of six, choose one 2 hour session,
collect pledges and come to Bearcat Lanes to bowl during your scheduled time.
It's easy to get a team together from work! All the pledge collection can simply be done through e-mail from our website.
You can organize a bake sale at work, collect money for wearing jeans on Friday, or encourage your company to donate on behalf of your team!
